**About the Role**

We’re seeking an energetic and talented Aged Care Manager to help us take advantage of the significant opportunities to provide quality, compassionate care to even more of those who need us.

Reporting to the General Manager and as part of the Operational Leadership team, you will contribute to the formation of strategy and be responsible for its effective delivery through a small, capable and experienced team of diverse, dedicated professional case managers.

You’ll manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the aged care team, including financial stewardship of the aged care budget, and will ensure that the team has the right skills, resources and mindset to provide exceptional care to our clients.

**About You**

You’re a passionate, experienced people leader who has an absolute commitment to the “365 Way”, which focuses on relationship-driven and client-centred care.

Experience in the Aged Care sector (ideally supported by tertiary qualifications in aged care / people leadership) is essential.
- Be capable of operating effectively at an operational levels (a flexible, “hands on” approach to the role will be essential), whilst also thinking strategically and keeping the bigger picture in mind
- Be financially and commercially “savvy”, with a track record of business development / improvement and managing budgets / schedules / rosters
- Have exceptional interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Be able to think laterally and develop unique solutions to problems / challenges
- Have a proven track record in change management and change leadership
- Have up-to-date COVID vaccinations and be able to obtain satisfactory Police and NDIS Worker Checks

Whilst not essential, current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) will be highly regarded.

Remuneration is negotiable based on skills and experience, though a package of $115k p.a. is indicative.
