To support this exciting growth, we are looking for **experienced and qualified Aged Care / Personal Care Workers** who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of elderly Australians.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and experienced **Aged Care or Personal Care Worker** with a **minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience** in aged care or home care settings. This role involves providing personal support, companionship, mobility assistance, hygiene support, and community access to elderly clients.

**Requirements**:
Minimum **5 years’ experience** working in Aged Care or Personal Care
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support / Community Services
Valid First Aid & CPR certification
Manual Handling and Infection Control Training
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Police Check
Working with Children Check (if applicable)
COVID-19 vaccination status (as per government requirements)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Passion for elderly care and community service
- Strong understanding of dementia and age-related conditions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism
