**The Opportunity**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Analyst to join our Real Estate (RE) Asset Creation and Investment Management team based in Brisbane on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Reporting to the Investment Manager, you will be a critical collaborator interacting with various key stakeholders across Leasing, Funds Management, Asset Creation and Investment Management, Centre Management and the wider Real Estate team, ensuring alignment and coordination towards achieving commercial outcomes for our assets.

The key accountabilities are not limited to but include:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize and prepare short, medium and long-term asset strategies which target outperformance.
- Participate in the development of the Asset Leasing Strategy and Property/Project Budgets aligned with the asset strategy.
- Monitor and review performance to budget and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement initiatives to achieve outperformance whilst minimising risk.
- Prepare valuation and return forecasts in an accurate and timely manner and assist with the management of the quarterly and annual external valuation process.
- Prepare and present commercial assessments for various project options across multiple asset classes following consultation with stakeholders including Leasing, Property Management and external project consultants.Assist the Funds Management and Capital Transactions team in relation to any acquisitions, disposals, return forecasts or information requests.

**About You**:
You will possess the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders, with strong attention to detail, fostering collaboration, and integrating efforts across the organisation to drive success. You will also have:

- Degree in Property Economics, Business, Economics or Commerce is essential.
- Experience in a property related role.An understanding of the retail, commercial and mixed-use property and investment market in Australia.
