**BFMS** is a Facilities Management subsidiary of PICA Group. We manage a broad portfolio of strata, commercial, retail and mixed-use buildings.

As a Building Manager at PICA Group, you will be part of a unique network of industry specialists where our purpose is to enhance community living by caring for one of customers most valuable assets, their homes.

BFMS are seeking a talented and passionate Building/Facility Manager based at Balmain to oversee an Estate of over 550 apartments and shared facilities including a heritage listed building, outdoor and indoor pools complex, saunas and a gymnasium. In addition there are mass grand landscapes and diversified gardens.

**Duties**
- Periodic inspections of common areas, facilities, plant and equipment
- Report writing, populating management software with activities undertaken
- Manage service providers against contracted service expectations
- Attendance of scheduled committee meetings
- Provide recommendations to the committee about repairs and maintenance

**About you**:

- Experienced Building Manager (residential preferred)
- Able to build authentic and meaningful relationships with customers, contractors and a wide range of key stakeholders
- Professional, friendly, well spoken and well presented
- Capacity to utilise various software systems and programs
