Take the reins by leading a team of qualified landscapers and apprentices while gaining the skills and experience to step into a management role, such as Landscape Construction Supervisor or 2IC.

**Your Role at Green Exteriors**
- Plan and schedule materials and tasks to keep projects on track.
- Communicate with the director, office support, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and train junior staff and apprentices, helping them grow alongside you.
- Maintain a safe, efficient worksite while delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience.
- **Expertise**: Strong knowledge of hard and soft construction techniques and experience working on high-end projects.
- **Leadership**: A genuine passion for mentoring and leading a team.
- **Skills**: Ability to read and execute detailed landscape master plans.
- **Must-Have**: A current Australian driver’s licence.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
