**The Details**

You will take a lead role in supporting our team to deliver the best possible service. You'll work closely with our Construction Manager, Project Coordinator and Landscape Crew, helping to ensure that they can continue to deliver the epic services and results that our clients need the most.

From all aspects of residential landscaping, hardscapes to softscapes, paving, decking and planting, you will thrive here if you enjoy making people’s lives better. You will notice when your team-mates could use some support, be happy to pitch in where needed and play a vital role in helping achieve high quality workmanship, as well as adhering to budgets and timeframes. You are reliable and honest.

This is a full time role, 38 hours a week - 7.30am-3.30pm. Our head office is in Hastings but our projects are spread around Melbourne, predominantly in the Inner Eastern and South Eastern suburbs and on the Mornington Peninsula. It is essential you hold a current Driver’s License and have your own transportation.

We are a tech-savvy organisation. Whilst it will be helpful if you have used Xero Projects or Deputy, experience isn't essential. We’ll make sure you get the training you need. What's most important is a ‘can do' attitude, great time management and the desire to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.

**Salary**: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- a minimum of 3 years qualified landscaping (required)
