Support Worker

**Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes**:
- Support Worker Positions available for the **provision of Personal Support Services**:
- **Permanent Part-Time contracts** available with** hourly rate of $31.38p/h + 11% super**:
- Travel Allowance of **$0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time** between clients
- **Kyogle NSW **location
**Key Requirements**:
- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
- Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm between Monday to Sunday
- **Must have** a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support
**Your New Role**:
- **Personal Care**: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
- **Help at Home**: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
- **Transport**: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- **Client Awareness**:such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
