Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide personal care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • You will help with household chores, such as light house cleaning and laundry.
  • You will provide transportation to appointments and assist with shopping.
  • You will also assist with medication management as needed.
Requirements
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Prior experience in aged or community care is an advantage, but we welcome candidates who are eager to start their career in this field.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Ideally, you will hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, although we can support your development if you do not currently meet this requirement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key in this role, as you will need to adjust to changing client needs and priorities.
