**About the role**

Kyogle Memorial Hospital is seeking a Social Worker for the MPS Network to provide high quality clinical services and leadership, as an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

The Multi-Purpose Service model (MPS) in smaller communities is aimed at integrating a range of health services under one management structure, including acute care, respite and palliative care, emergency, allied health, primary health and community health services.

Also known as the Rainbow Region, this area is blessed with stunning forests and waterfalls, fertile farming land, artistic villages and relaxed seaside communities. For a different type of scene, you can drive to the Gold Coast in less than 2 hours, or Brisbane in under 3 hours.
