Data Migration Lead

**Your Opportunity**

As a member of the _Powered Data Practice_ in KPMG_,_ the Data Migration Lead will play a crucial role by leading the data migration workstream of a large, complex, multi-year ERP transformation project. Your new role will see you:

- Immerse yourself in our Powered Data Migration methods and frameworks and leading the delivery of data migrations for our clients across various market sectors.
- Partner closely with the senior leadership, escalating issues where appropriate whilst representing KPMG.
- Pursue innovation and identifying new and different ways for our technologies to solve unique business challenges.
- Collaborate with other parts of the KPMG business to bring the best of KPMG to our clients.
- Foster an inclusive environment and growth mindset in the team members by providing mentoring, across a diverse team - ranging from management consultants, coders, technologists and engineers.
- Nurture lasting client relationships and actively building networks with a range of experience to meet client needs.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives, that will enable our next phase of growth.

- Extensive background in successfully leading and delivering ERP data migration (SAP experience preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP complexities and the challenges of migrating data into these systems.
- Leadership experience of motivating and leading a team of professionals to deliver for your clients.
- Strong professional acumen with the ability to simplify technical details/issues for business stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and drive challenging discussions to ensure that KPMG’s risk is optimally managed on projects.
- You have experience in using databases, ETL and reporting tools (Desirable).
