**About the role**
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination of the warehouse supply chain ensuring field service efficiency through inventory accuracy, stock preparation, ordering/control for stocked inventory items and supporting the sales team with administration processes.

You are a highly motivated self-starter, professional in your approach with excellent communication skills. As Safety is paramount at Zip, you will ensure best practice by delivering the highest standard of accuracy, efficiency, quality, and safety at all times.

Other responsibilities include:

- Review inventory levels at state level to maintain appropriate stock holding
- Stock preparation for technicians and subcontractors
- Cycle counts and stocktake routines
- Maintain a safe and organised workspace in the warehouse through an organised layout, cleanliness and stock control
- Manage refurbishment level of all assets, working with the refurbishment team to store, track and dispatch refurbished equipment

**Skills & experience**
- Inventory management experience working in a warehouse environment
- Highly developed customer service skills and experience to work with external customers and internal team members
- Unrestricted car and Forklift Licence is essential
- Stocktake/Cycle count experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
