Leading Hand

**About the role**

Are you skilled in maintaining parks, reserves, and playgrounds? We’re looking for a dedicated professional for the role of Leading Hand (Trade Asset Services) to:

- Conduct inspections, reporting, and maintenance of parks, reserves, and playgrounds
- Perform maintenance on fencing, pathways, shelters, retaining walls, shade sails, and outdoor furniture
- Operate small plant equipment such as Kanga and Elevated Work Platforms and drive a job truck (MR license required)

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current C Class Driver's License
- Current MR Driver's Licence would be an advantage
- Relevant trade certificate would be an advantage
- General Safety Induction (Construction Industry) card
- Ability to be agile, resilient, passionate, community focused, to adjust at short notice.
- Belief in our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership

- Medical (including drug and alcohol testing)
- Respirator FIT Test

This is a permanent, full time, Level 5-6 position with a salary commencing at $68,981 plus 12.5% superannuation.
