**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this position you will be required to provide high level administration support to the People & Culture team with an emphasis on assisting the recruitment and selection process, onboarding and employee file management, credentialing and record keeping.

This role will allow you to utilise your efficient administration, time management and organisational skills alongside your Human Resources knowledge to support and enhance a culture that emphasizes empowerment, collaboration, quality, continuous improvement, ongoing development and recruitment of high quality people.

This position is part time 4 days per week Tuesday to Friday with flexible hybrid work options both for home and office.

Criteria:

- Certificate III in business administration or equivalent and or experience in a similar role.
- Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance
- Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
- Previous experience in administration.
- Excellent customer services and communication skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills. including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high level of attention to detail for record keeping.
