**Your opportunity**

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Resource Administrator who prides themselves on your communication and organisational skills, to manage Patrol allocation to attend to our Members.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workforce Planner or someone who has previous experience working in a contact centre environment and wants to grow their career.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Complete administration tasks based on the current overtime allocation model and recommend improvements as required
- Effective resourcing in line with forecast so that member service is optimised within budgeted/planned costs
- Schedule of all events, training and meetings for the team
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and make the necessary arrangements to ensure that we have enough resource coverage from permanent and casual employees
- Respond to telephone enquiries from our employees requesting overtime
- Support and promote engagement of Patrols through support team
- Ensuring compliance to OH&S legislation and fatigue management processes to enhance and protect wellbeing of employees
- Complete Reporting requirements to enable the team to make insights driven decisions.

**Requirements for Success**
- At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service and Administrative Role
- Proficient at using Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience in effectively engaging with stakeholders
- Strong administrative and team support skills
- Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under the pressure of multiple deliverables within tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Can demonstrate logical reasoning skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team but also autonomously in a remote environment
- Energetic and passionate self learner, uses initiative and receptive to feedback
