Rockingham, Australia Rockingham GP Full time

Rockingham GP is a Family Practice located in Rockingham WA. We are looking to add to our highly motivated team, an enthusiastic and efficient Medical Receptionist.

About the role:

- Working approximately 15-20 hours per week
- Available for possible Morning/afternoon/evening Saturday/ Sunday shifts if rostered.
- Available to cover holiday leave
- Providing a courteous, friendly and efficient reception service
- Answering phone calls in a professional and personable manner
- Managing appointments
- Processing accounts, payments, balancing daily banking
- Other administration/clerical duties

Essential qualities:

- Experience in similar role.
- Delivering quality customer services to doctors, nurses and patients
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Happy positive attitude
- Ability to prioritise and use initiative
- Experience with medical software.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.33 - $45.54 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rockingham, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
