**About the Role**

We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Personal Care
- Meal prep
- Medication assist
- Community access
- Transport
- Social Support
- Inactive overnights
- **Female Support Workers only** due to personal care for a female client
- Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury preferred
- Clear English
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
- A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
- VIC Driver License

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.65 - $39.93 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
