We are in search of someone to fill a receptionist/administration assistant role.
- **This is a rare opportunity as the successful applicant requires no experience.**_
The paid 12-month traineeship combines work and on the job training. Over the term of the traineeship, you will study to complete the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business qualification. You will gain the necessary experience to build a rewarding career.
We are seeking someone with an approachable and warm manner, someone who is a logical thinker and is well presented, dependable and reliable.
In this role, you will be trained to complete general duties which will include:
- Greeting & assisting clients
- Overseeing calendars & scheduling appointments
- Calling/receiving calls
- General housekeeping duties
- Creating general business documentation
- Assisting with client signing
- Sending/receiving all post
- Creating/issuing invoices
- Opening & occasionally closing the office
- ADHOC training and duties as required
Desirable characteristics:
- Polite, patient and well spoken
- Positive attitude
- Organised
- Ability to multitask
- Tech savvy
You will be provided with the training required to carry out the above duties, along with internal training in the business.
Upon successful completion of the traineeship a BSB30120 Certificate lll in Business qualification will be awarded.
