Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated, receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. Regular days are available and the option for additional hours for the right person. Karalta General Practice is a long-established private billing medical practice located in Erina. We have 7 GPs, and 3 Registered Nurses. We are looking for someone who is friendly, genuine and empathic that can help make our patient's experience a positive one. The successful applicant will become a core member of our reception team, managing our patient's reception experience, bookings, billings and medical records. Work schedule. Our span of hours is - 7.45am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday - **and occasionally **8.00am - 12.30pm Saturday once full training is provided. - We are looking for a part-time receptionist minimum of 3 days per week to join our team. Additional hours available on a regular basis for the right person and flexibility for holiday and sick cover preferred. Experience required. Previous Medical Reception experience is preferred, however, customer service experience is essential. Knowledge of Pracsoft and Medical Director an advantage. Must have excellent computer skills/knowledge as we are a fully computerised practice. We do expect you to possess the following attributes: - **Be well presented**.
