- This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team looking after motor claims within Elders portfolio.
You will ideally have claims experience although if you have exceptional call centre/customer service experience and are keen to learn a new industry this could also be the opportunity for you
- Your new role- Promote QBE’s products and services through fostering great relationships with customers and stakeholders, showcasing our QBEDNA and company values- Provide an exceptional operational and customer service experience for diverse internal and external stakeholders including our customers, Elders Agent, organisations, and partnerships- Process claims in line with set procedures and policies, ensuring that claims are documented correctly, and resolved with a prompt and effective outcome- Deliver high quality customer service and develop a good working relationship with all customers and service providers- Manage claims using the appropriate external and internal specialists to achieve the settlement outcome efficiently and effectively- Enhance and develop your own technical expertise and participate in professional development and training where required
- About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within insurance claims is highly advantageous although not mandatory- Previous experience in call centre, customer service and/or administration- Strong customer service skills with a highly supportive approach- A passion for making a difference and helping people in their time of need- An engaging and courteous phone manner with the ability to type and talk concurrently- Ability to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needs- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to critically assess and analyse tasks
