**Compensation**:Above Award Hourly Rate + Uncapped Commissions + Incentives + 12% Superannuation (OTE $75,000 - $125,000)

We're seeking two energetic, ambitious people ready to kickstart (or fast-track) their careers.
In this full-time entry-level sales role, you'll represent some of Australia's most respected non-profits at public event sites - like shopping centres, expos, trade shows, and major events.

With full training and daily support, you'll have the opportunity to build a genuine career while earning well above industry standards.

**We’re Looking For People Who**:

- Are available full-time, Monday to Friday (38 hours)

- Speak fluent English and have strong communication skills

**What You’ll Be Doing**
You'll be working face-to-face at public event sites, engaging with potential customers, building connections, and helping our clients meet their customer acquisition goals.
You’ll learn advanced sales techniques, develop public speaking skills, and have a clear roadmap for rapid career development into leadership opportunities.
