Lalor, Australia Aussie Care services Full time

We are an approved NDIS providers who provide work to our clients all over Victoria. We have both long and short working shifts according to your availability and working needs.

Currently, our main client focus is in Northern suburbs of Victoria. We are looking for female only support workers to cater for two of our female clients in Lalor and Preston areas. Both clients are quite settled in behaviour but needs assistance with daily chores.

Key responsibilities in the role include but not limited to:

- Assistance in ADLs
- Assistance in toileting management, if required
- Assistance in cooking and feeding, if required
- Taking out clients to the community (Shopping centre, park, walks, etc.)
- In case of any incidents, reporting to manager and incident reporting on company website

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Valid certification to work in Disability sector such as: Certificate III in Community services or Disability services, aged care workers, nurses, etc
- NDIS screening ID
- Full Driver Licence
- BLS, CPR, First Aid certificate, WWCC (if the client is under 18yo)
- Experience in Disability services preferred by not mandatory
- Flexibility to work weekdays/weekends, day/night shifts
- Commitment to work as we don't want workers to leave after we provide training.
