**Main duties**:

- Identify and implement the platforms and tools (CRM) to maximise the sales process and develop customer relationships aligned with the company's marketing strategy.;
- Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives and improve the current lead-generation process through online and offline channels;
- Manage online and offline marketing channels, including creating, scheduling and publishing marketing content to social media platforms and websites;
- Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting production and media placement, within time and budget constraints;
- Analysing data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms to recommend updates to digital content to improve search engine metrics
- Advising on all marketing elements such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.
- Be hands-on: support in the kitchen and events.

**Experience required**:

- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms.
- Experienced in working with CRM platforms.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing, including website and social media management. Having implemented those marketing strategies is highly valued;
- Strong people management experience and skills to support the current team.
- Self-starter and proactive, able to deliver results without constant supervision.
- Understanding and have implemented inbound marketing and SEO (search engine optimisation) strategies is a must.
- Being familiar with the kitchen environment and food business;
- Experience with marketing management leading people and marketing strategies is a differential.
- Business Degree required.

**Salary**: $73,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
