**Key Accountabilities**
- Work as an effective member of a team conducting testing activities across SuccessFactors modules and contribute to the successful implementation of test strategies.
- Develop and execute quality test scripts for solution, integration and UAT testing phases based on business processes, requirements and integrations documentation.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle using quality assurance techniques.
- Follow agreed test processes and procedures according to department’s best practice frameworks and complete test objectives on schedule.
- Actively participate / conduct defect triage meetings and defect resolution.
- Possess in-depth experience in all areas of the Software Development and Testing Life Cycles (SDLC/STLC) and executing testing activities in ALM and Jira.
- Create and update daily status report and metrices and share with test managers.
- Prioritise, plan and perform quality-focused activities with the development team.

**Essential Requirement**
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in testing SAP and SuccessFactors modules.
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting business requirements and/or use case documents to create test cases.
- Strong analytical skills with a mindset that questions assumptions; with a willingness to continuously help improve processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to use industry standard software testing tools (e.g. ALM, Jira, Xray, UFT, QTP Confluence).
- Good to have experience working with large government agencies (e.g. Department of Education, Transport) and an understanding of government testing frameworks.

**Desirable Criteria**
- ISTQB at Foundation and/or Advanced Test Analyst level certification.
