Creating a test matrix to coordinate test cases and increase productivity
- Collaborating effectively with team members, including developers, _tester_s, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
- Seeking clarification on project requirements, test scenarios, and desired outcomes to ensure a shared understanding among team members
- Facilitating effective communication between different teams or departments involved in the project.
- Preparing and delivering presentations or reports on testing activities, results, and

recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Sharing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative ideas with team members to promote continuous improvement and enhance the overall effectiveness of the testing process.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Reviewing and executing, when required, function and system testing of the interfaces and systems.
- Sourcing and analysing design documents and assist in the preparation, peer-review, and execution of test scripts and supporting other testers in scrum teams to do the same.
- Preparation, management, and review of testing plans and strategies ensuring relevant strategies, plan and management of risks are considered and follows best practice.
- Identification of opportunities and implementation for automation within software processes, using scripts that test functionality.
- Managing complex issues, defects, and incidents and facilitation of defect triage ceremonies.
- Contribute to agile planning and test communities of practices to improve test standards and practices.

Pay: $110.00 - $125.00 per hour
