**About the role**

In this role, you will assist in the implementation and delivery of HCF Health activations aligned with our Health and Wellbeing Strategy. You will maintain relationships and liaise with third-party suppliers across Greater Sydney and interstate to deliver preventative screenings according to our strategy and contractual obligations. Additionally, you will support key Health and Wellbeing projects and participate in both internal and external stakeholder meetings.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating and assisting with the delivery of health activations for members, ensuring these initiatives align with HCF’s objectives and strategies. You will provide valuable input to enhance, expand, or rationalise health activations to ensure effective disease management and risk identification, ultimately assisting in the reduction of benefit outlay. Supporting Health & Wellbeing operations, you will ensure smooth and efficient processes are followed to meet service level agreements and handle complaints related to health activations.

You will also support frontline staff with member enquiries regarding current disease management programs and brief new frontline staff on these programs and other initiatives. Your role will extend to cooperating with HCF in activities to comply with WHS legislation, adopting safe work practices, and participating in health and safety activities.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Health background, specifically in health promotion.
- The ability to travel across Greater Sydney and interstate as and when required.
- Project coordination experience.
- Seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear customer focus.
- Ability to identify and streamline processes for greater production efficiencies.
- Ability to manage individual performance to ensure performance goals and standards are achieved; good team spirit.
- Takes personal accountability for responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Desirable Qualifications and Skills**:

- Understanding of the external operating and regulatory environment.
- Clear focus on the market in regard to members’ needs and expectations.
- Advanced presentation skills.
- MS Project skills.
