FREELANCE DIGITAL PRODUCER

We are looking for a Freelance Digital Producer to join the dentsu Creative Team.

This is a fast paced role and you will need to be able to think on your feet and show a lot of initiative. We are seeking a polished, switched on person who has high levels of energy and enthusiasm. A natural leader who has strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, mature, accountable and professional with a positive can do attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage project briefs, scope of work, timelines and cost estimates;
- Working with Traffic team to schedule resource allocation;
- Setting up and using project management tools (Figma, workbook and adobe suit);
- Client-facing at briefings, presentations and day-to-day throughout the life of your projects;
- Be aware of potential risks and escalate when necessary;
- Confidently manage medium sized digital projects autonomously;
- Work with Senior Digital Producer on large projects;
- Track jobs against agreed budget and keep Senior Digital Producer up to date of financials;
- Attention to detail to review the deliverables (MYCAs, eDMs, HTML banners)
- Keeping abreast of technology trends/advancements and sharing this with colleagues;
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with your colleagues;

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role;
- Experience working in a customer/client facing role;
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, complex situations;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Able to anticipate issues and escalate properly;
- Organised, analytical, logical and excellent attention to detail;
- Outstanding written communication skills and phone manner;
- A passion for design and all things digital.
