We are looking for a motivated **Casual Gaming Attendant** to join the PLG team at **The Brook** in **Point Cook**. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.

We provide a relaxed atmosphere and a kid's zone to ensure kids enjoy their visit. We cater to both seated and cocktail style functions with tailored packages to suit everyone.

**What will my duties include?**
- Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

**What we are looking for**:

- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Customer service skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
