**Your new company**

Your new company is a North Side Based Water Facility Company providing water for more than three million people across South East Queensland. As well as providing ongoing asset management, operation and maintenance of water infrastructure assets and catchments areas

**Your new role**

Your new role will see you carry out day-to-day operations and maintenance works across natural asset's in the region in accordance with agreed management plans and strategies, focusing on fire management and prevention activities. You will carry out a range of natural resource management functions across a range of assets, including catchments and recreation facilities, in order to provide safe and fit for purpose facilities suitable for public use.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful for this position you will need to have the following:
Essentials
- Possess a C Class Driving Licence for manual vehicle (mandatory).
- Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management as a minimum; or Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management, Natural Resource Management, Horticulture (or similar); or demonstrated equivalent experience.

Desirables
- Fire Fighting Level 1
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Recreational Marine Driver’s Licence
- Four-Wheel Driving Basics
- Chainsaw Level 1 and 2 Certificate
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of small plant and equipment.
- Minimum three years’ experience in natural resource management
- Sound experience in written and oral communication
