- Service Technician
- As our Service Technician you will be rolling up your sleeves and working with your hands. Our hearing aids are small so being able to work with small parts and having great fine motor skills is a must. Every day will be a rewarding day as the work you do helps transform the hearing experience of millions of people which will give you meaning.

**More about the role**:

- Soldering components under microscope, or ability to be trained on soldering skills
- Assembly & service of hearing instruments in line with customer orders
- Ensuring each order is completed within the relevant time frame
- Meeting strict quality control standards
- Ensuring the work area and work practices are safe

**More about you**
- experience working with small parts
- excellent fine motor skills
- attention to detail
- knowledge of WHS
- good verbal and written communication skills
- adaptable as we implement new processes and products
- a desire to keep our customers happy
