- Have a bearing on your future This international firm produces bearings for the automotive, engineering and aerospace industries and needs you to keep their key analytical and statistical sales information accurately rolling through the well-lubricated process into the hands of Senior Management.

- To keep the wheels turning you will be solely providing key customer and business sales support to customers across ANZ and the South Pacific. Preparing quotes, processing orders which involves checking parts availability and sourcing these internationally, updating freight costs, managing customer pricing, building orders in SAP and directly supporting the customer ordering process, completing orders, checking back orders and reporting to the wider global organisation, with a regional office in Singapore. With experience in a large corporation you will be expertly navigating the SAP system and manipulating that information for thousands of products, interacting with your overseas counterparts, stock forecasting and internal planning. Working closely with the Automotive Manager you will monitor and follow trends and patterns through all sales reporting, producing meaningful spreadsheets around market trends and customer and competitor statistics..

- You will be intuitive of the automotive business needs and keen to support special projects. You'll have a sense of urgency for the sometimes time-sensitive customer orders and have the ability to interpret complex information, feeding the details required for the Dept Manager's senior executive presentations. You are passionate about the numbers and motivated to deliver accurate and timely information with quick turnaround times, this role is stand-alone but has a team focus, interfacing with the Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Product Teams and Senior Management. Clear communication is a mandatory requirement and access will always be on hand to provide you with the technical product information that will help you through the day.
