JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

- This is a hands-on "All Rounder" position involving Customer Service and Vehicle Detailing.
- Role is based at our JUCY Tullamarine Branch Victoria
- Job Start Date: as soon as possible
- Casual role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Dispatch and return rental cars and campervans including providing demonstrations to our customers on the operational features of our campervans.
- Vehicle Detailing - Interior & Exterior car and campervan cleaning.
- Effectively upsell JUCY products - e.g. insurance excess cover & additional items.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard for our customers.
- Ensure customer service and detailing areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Liaise effectively with external service providers where required

YOU WILL HAVE:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Fantastic attention to detail
- A Full Drivers Licence
- Great computer skills to operate our Rental Reservation System and Office products
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience preferred but not required as training and on-going support will be provided.
