Frontline are currently Seeking Business Development Manager based in Tullamarine. Must have experience working within **Transport industry.**

**Your daily duties will consist of**:
As a Business Development Manager, you will spend a lot of your time on the road and be responsible for:

- Generating new business customers for the company
- "Closing" Sales opportunities.
- Prospecting for new clients (networking, cold calling, advertising and other means).
- Achieving annual "new" business sales targets.
- Meeting and exceeding KPI's associated with growing our local, interstate and intrastate division.
- Acting as a contact for service and operational based queries relating to new business.
- Provision of regular reporting relating to sales activity.
- Actively promoting all company products and services to all new prospects and our existing customer base.
- Working independently and collaboratively with the wider Bonds team.
- Positively contributing to the organization’s culture by acting responsibly and in the best interest of the company

**To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following**:

- Minimum 5yrs’ experience in Sales & Marketing within transport industry
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be proficient in MS office
- Must have strong Sales and Business Development skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound problem solving skills.
- Sound decision making skills.
- Must have strong background in Transport Industry
- Ability to work autonomously with tenacity, passion, energy and purpose
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be considered
- X2 references must be provided to confirm work history and experience
