**About the Role**:
Due to positive growth, Kurloo is actively seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated team and actively contribute to the continuous expansion and achievements of the company. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Develop new sales opportunities.
- Maintain and establish relationships with current and new clients for account management, retention, and growth.
- Enhance brand recognition and improve sales and earnings in the short and long term.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to engage audiences and clients effectively.
- Implement innovative strategies to expand the audience size and client base.
- Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and utilize insights to drive sales growth.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities to expand Kurloo's market presence and drive overall business growth.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated 5 years of experience in sales or account management with proven success in technical strategic sales in a geospatial, engineering or IT related field.
- Sales experience in managing corporate accounts.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing sales strategies and effectively managing customer relationships.
- Highly desirable to have experience in industries such as mining, transport, infrastructure, or technical fields.
- Strong interpersonal communications skills with commitment and a focus on achieving success as a team
- A proactive and professional attitude with a clear desire to achieve career growth that parallels the company.
