Role overview
We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy content creator to craft scroll-stopping content across Instagram, TikTok, newsletters and more. You'll bring fresh ideas for reels, stories, product videos and behind-the-scenes moments that showcase both our services and products.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and produce daily social media content for both brands
- Shoot and edit short videos, photos and graphics optimised for each platform
- Write engaging captions, blog/newsletter copy and on-brand hashtags
- Monitor trends, create reels with trending sounds, and track performance analytics
- Coordinate with Anna and the team for product launches, events and campaigns
- Manage content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand voice
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in content creation (reels, TikTok, photography, editing)
- Strong eye for storytelling and aesthetics (SleepBaker purple, Dream with Baker neutrals)
- Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt to each brand's tone
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving, family-friendly business
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite or similar editing tools
- Familiarity with baby/parenting or lifestyle markets
Location & hours
Hybrid / flexible. Occasional on-site shoots at our Roseville hub and Sydney-area events.
