**The opportunity**

We are always looking for empathetic and eager to learn Insurance Claims Professionals for our claims team to support people to get their lives back on track after a Car Accident Injury.

**Your new role**

At QBE, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Case Manager at QBE, you will assist injured workers with their injury management whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.
- Experienced delivering exceptional customer service.
- Continue to learn and grow your knowledge through an ever-changing variety of situations and challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by guiding and supporting them through their recovery
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Managed end to end claims with the help of your leaders

**About you**

You genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer
- centric service with empathy and patience. To be successful in this role, you will also bring:

- Insurance claims or allied health experienced - highly desirable
- Be customer focused and genuinely care about people
- Be resilient and not easily overwhelmed (sometimes it can be tough assisting people through a vulnerable time in their life)
- The confidence to make decisions and be empowered
- Be able to actively listen to people and guide people through the claims process in a natural and empathetic manner on the phone
- Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new computer systems
