BDR is a world class business advisory and project delivery group providing expert professional services across multiple industry sectors throughout Australia for planning and execution of capital, technology and other projects.
A vacancy exists for a motivated marketing coordinator to join our team at BDR Gold Coast office to coordinate and compile proposals, presentations and other marketing materials. This is a secure long-term role for the right person.
Experience in preparation of marketing submissions and collateral is essential.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end preparation of proposals and presentations
- Compilation and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral material
- Coordinating team meetings for preparation of submissions and other requirements
- Building and maintenance of business promotional materials library
- Other marketing and general administration input
The successful person will have:
- Experience in a similar role preparing documents/submissions to a high standard
- Familiarity with professional office work environment
- Attention to detail and an analytical mind-set
- High level written and oral communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe
- Graphic design experience (e.g. Indesign) or willingness to learn
