**Our Family**:

- We are a professional couple working in healthcare with our first child, a lovely daughter who is now 6 months old. We also live with 2 dogs (retriever and English setter) and a cat. I work part time, some days from home and my husband works from home but leaves to see clients through the day. My mother also provides support a few days a week. I am looking to increase my work hours and would love to have another caring set of hands during the week to help us with this transition which will likely be a long term arrangement. Baby is temperamentally sweet, with a little determination and is always looking for a laugh.

**Your Duties**:

- Provide care while at least one parent is working from home for 6-8 hour durations twice a week. - Spend time playing and singing with baby, feeding, nappy changes, changing clothes, nap times - Tolerate the dogs in the house, although we will try to keep them in a seperate area - Keep baby area tidy - light household duties such as putting bottles in bottle washer, putting away baby clothes and nappies

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- Our ideal caregiver would be warm, caring and patient since we are very gentle with our little one. Ideally they would engage with her at her developmental stage and be someone that she can look to for support and trust as she discovers the world. Given her age, this would likely involve following some routines and setting up some interactive activities. We are keen believers in modelling for children, creating safe environments and teaching through play rather than using reprimands or punishment and would love to work with a caregiver who approaches child development in this way.
