For this position, located at our Brisbane City store, we are looking for a positive, passionate and dynamic people pleaser. You have a strong focus on guest experience and thrive in ensuring that our guests create lasting memories. You are an excellent communicator with a strong desire to lead, are a super organiser who loves working with people.
**What will you do?**
- **Guest Experience Management**: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the venue. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
- **Team Management**: Assist in managing and team training, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about services and attractions. You will have a “lead-by-example” attitude and be able to foster a positive team environment to promote motivation and collaboration.
- **Operations Support**: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations including cash handling, game maintenance and cleanliness responsibilities. Collaborate with management and oversee daily operations including merchandising, scheduling, cleaning and maintenance.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Regularly gather and analyse guest feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work with management to implement changes that enhance the overall guest experience.
- **This position is for our Brisbane City location.**
**What you bring**:
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality,retail or entertainment industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for ensuring positive experiences for families and children.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, public holidays and school holidays. **Availability during peak periods is a must**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
