**About the Role**

**We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Officer to join Melville Grange our 120 bed residential aged care home located in Berwick.**

80 Melville Drive, BERWICK, VIC 3806

You will be responsible for maintaining & repairing the buildings, furniture and equipment to a high standard having regard for the comfort and wellbeing of our residents.

**There will be on call duties as required and a car allowance attached to this position.**

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in the maintenance of an aged care facility (ideal)
- Knowledge of building regulations relating to aged care industry (ideal)
- Good communication skills
- Experience in building and equipment maintenance
- Current police check
- Current Victorian drivers licence
- COVID vaccination
