**Position Summary**:
The Digital Technology Support Technician will contribute to the Digital Technology Team, more
specifically the Maintenance and Support Team, by providing staff and students with support and
assistance with operating digital technology and managing its continuous improvement.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for all new and existing Digital Technology support issues
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in person, and over the phone
- Prioritise and resolve enquiries escalated through the helpdesk ticketing system
- Provide staff and student support for digital technology in the classroom environment
- Preparation and deployment of Windows, and IOS devices
- Deliver and set up equipment for classes as required
- Set up, operate and control digital technologies for campus performances and campus
- events including assemblies and masses- Assist with the routine servicing and maintenance of digital technology to ensure it is in
- circulation and available for use- Assist in maintaining stock records including equipment quantities, locations, and items
- on loan- Support the Digital Technology Team with projects, administration and other duties as

required

- All other duties as directed by the College Executive Team in commensuration with the

position’s classification

**Skills, Experience & Knowledge**:

- Understanding of digital technology software, systems, and hardware
- Demonstrated experience in working within a Windows environment
- A relevant degree or diploma would be highly desirable
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Interpersonal skills to relate professionally with students and staff
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
- Ability to analyse and problem solve
- Understanding of relevant compliance regimes
- Commitment to occupational health and safety
- Understanding of and commitment to Catholic education
