**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our vendor management team. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm based at our Milperra branch

This role would suit someone with high attention to detail who enjoys reconciliation. The wider team is split up to support various divisions of the business in line with our regular sales/auctions nationally. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing to pay out vendors in line with the results of the regular sales/auctions. This involves:

- Reviewing sale data daily per allocated branch/division/vendor in line with payment and sale schedules
- Preparing payment data sheets and cross checking with vendor agreements to ensure correct amounts and fees are listed prior to processing payment, including problem solving
- Liaising with internal teams to cross-check information and seek approval prior to processing payment, including building strong stakeholder relationships
- Processing payments and remittances to vendors via our online banking platform
- Manage electronic filing of relevant documents and information relating to the above
- Responding to vendor payment enquiries received through the teams’ ServiceNow portal
- Support internal departments to meet their objectives and administration requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Demonstrated success and understanding of and understanding of account sales and paying out sales
- Experience working in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a team of specialists
