**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our vendor payments team. This position is a 12 - month fixed term parental leave cover position, with the successful applicant having a start date in mid-March. This position is working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, based at our Milperra, 2214 branch **Internal applicants may be based at any of our branches**

This position is ideal for an individual who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys a challenge. The wider team is split up to support various divisions of the business in line with our regular sales/auctions nationally. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing to pay out vendors in line with the results of the regular sales/auctions. This involves:

- Reviewing sale data daily per allocated branch/division/vendor in line with payment and sale schedules
- Preparing payment data sheets and cross checking with vendor agreements to ensure correct amounts and fees are listed prior to processing payment, including problem solving
- Liaising with internal teams to cross-check information and seek approval prior to processing payment, including building strong stakeholder relationships
- Processing payments and remittances to vendors via our online banking platform
- Manage electronic filing of relevant documents and information relating to the above
- Responding to vendor payment enquiries received through the teams’ ServiceNow portal
- Support internal departments to meet their objectives and administration requirements
