A leading Commercial Office Fit-out company is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead their in-house electrical services. Operating for over 20 years, they have a strong pipeline of projects in Sydney CBD and surrounding areas, and are growing their in-house operations of trade professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of electricians across multiple commercial fit-out projects.
- Ensure that electrical installations meet project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute electrical work within project timelines.
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain our commitment to excellence.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical expertise when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary electrical qualification and hold a NSW Electrical Contractors License.
- 5 or more years of experience as an Electrician.
- Proven **experience working in commercial fit-out** projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of electrical systems and regulations.
- Ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
