The impact you will have will be multi-faceted as you develop some of the best (and most certified) technical talent in Australia whilst also ensuring we have the right skills and capabilities to deliver great outcomes to our customers.

**A bit about you**:

- You’re from the tech industry, you know all the major vendors and you’re familiar with vendor certifications and compliance;
- You’ve previously held a role like this or you may have worked as a Technical Trainer within an IT vendor or service provider;
- You’re passionate about helping tech talent reach their potential;
- You’re a techy at heart and enjoy tweaking and optimising the capability of our systems.

**Some of the things you’ll do**:

- As a trusted advisor, you will provide our technical people with the guidance, training and learning opportunities to grow their technical careers.
- Develop innovative ways to build on what is already a fantastic learning culture - but we still want to be better
- Be across all of our compliance requirements for our major vendors (i.e. Cisco, Amazon, Microsoft, NetApp, Fortinet etc)
- Continue to build upon the bespoke ‘Interactive Learning Academies’ that are already in place.
