Samsung Area Manager

Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to lead our team as the **Area Manager** for our **Samsung Stores** with a portfolio of **4 stores in VIC and 1 store in WA.**

**Your key responsibilities will include however are not limited to**:

- Managing a portfolio of **Samsung **stores within **VIC & WA** - monthly travel required to WA
- Performing consistent weekly store visits with your team
- Coaching, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve KPI's
- Recruiting the best talent possible to deliver the _Ultimate Customer Experience_
- Managing the performance and results of your team
- Developing the competencies of your management team in all stores
- Proactively planning for resource requirements, through resource and succession planning
- Maintaining an elevated focus on achieving sales and conversion targets and ensuring consistent and sustainable sales growth
- Managing payroll to ensure accuracy and alignment with budget and customer requirements
- Ensuring your stores execute merchandise strategies, including campaign and presentation
- Analysing the business to identify opportunities, both financial and non-financial
- Conducting seasonal reviews for all managers
- Previous retail experience at a Regional or State / Area Manager level
- Passion for delivering the _Ultimate Customer Experience_
- The drive to improve sales growth and profit
- Operational excellence and the ability to create and execute strategic plans
- Excellent coaching skills with a motivational management style
- Previous experience in succession planning and developing strong leaders of the future
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task/prioritise daily work
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- A 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude with strong service orientation
