**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving drinks, and engaging with patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Upsell and promote special offers to boost sales.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is a must
- Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certification required for some positions
