Merak GF currently has a casual position available for an experienced **Cafe All-Rounder (barista experience essential).**

The right canditate **must** be available both weekdays and weekends.

**You must**:

- be willing and able to uphold Merak GF’s committment to quality and the customer experience
- have well-developed skills working in a very fast-paced, quality-driven working environment
- be able to work confidently, autonomously and as part of our amazing team
- be well presented & take great pride in all of your capabilities
- have the most outstanding, amazing customer service skills and community values
- have excellent communication & time management skills

**Key Tasks**
- Prepare and serve our delicious coffee, cold drinks (such as iced lattes & milkshakes) to the Merak GF standard
- Prepare and serve our amazingly delicious house-made desserts and cabinet items
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to undertake all duties at the café as required

**Must be able to travel to Redland Bay and have Australian work rights.**

This position is not suitable for school students. Only applicants with relevant experience for the advertised position will be contacted.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.82 - $36.45 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
