Café All-Rounder – Long-Term Position

We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and experienced Café All-Rounder to join our team on a long-term basis. We are a Kosher Cafe, so experience with or willingness to learn about kosher food practices is important. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to grow with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting customers and taking orders
  • Operating the POS system
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages (including basic coffee-making if needed)
  • Running food and drinks to tables
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café
  • Supporting food handling procedures
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous café or hospitality experience preferred
  • Barista experience is a plus
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
  • Basic English language skills required
  • You must have valid working rights in Australia
  • Looking for someone interested in a long-term role
