**The role**:
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as Stock & Logistics Controller based in our Bella Vista warehouse This role manages all stock entering and leaving the warehouse including, pick and packing, recording in ServiceNow, labelling and arranging couriers, and undertaking stocktake etc. During busy periods you will also support our Digital Network Technicians in testing and repairing display screens and digital assets. You’ll be responsible for:

- Control and record stock movements via an ERP software system
- Receive and reconcile deliveries with purchase orders
- Place stock in designated areas for ongoing projects and maintenance contracts
- Quarterly mini stocktake and reconciliation of stock
- Arrange parts for repairs or return to manufacturers/suppliers
- Control, dispatch, pack slips, box labels and courier management
- Assist with preparing orders for delivery according to schedule which requires load, unload, pick, pack, wrap, label, ship and some heavy lifting
- Test and repair hardware
- Keep a clean, safe work environment and optimise space utilisation
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Based within our Bella Vista warehouse you’ll work Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm, in a close knit, experienced team. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry, whilst being nurtured and supported by your team and manager.

**The Experience**:
You’ll have a background in warehousing and stock control, pick packing fragile/electronics equipment packaging, a forklift licence and basic knowledge in Electronics/Computer Hardware and Microsoft Windows. You will also:

- Work well in a fast paced environment and be able to prioritise your tasks effectively.
- You are a strong communicator, an expert collaborator who can bring together cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
- Intermediate MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT) is required.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
