**What's the role?**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Tool Service Centre based in Seven Hills. As a Tool Service Administrator, you will work across our Services Operations team and you will be responsible for supporting the wider service operations team.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Actioning tasks relating to our tool and fleet service offering such as: - Daily tool receiving and dispatching, customer quotations, parts management, packaging and transportation of tools and following up with internal and external customer queries
- Hilti Sustainability: Sorting and receiving of Fleet returned tools for the re-use in repair and maintaining storage of parts
- This role will have a physical element but will also involve actioning administrative tasks

**What you need is**:

- Experience in general administrative duties (maintaining reports, records, filing, time keeping etc..)
- Previous workshop administrator experience in a similar trade environment
- Attention to detail & Good organisational skills
- IT proficiency - MS Office & SAP Experience would be an advantage
- Forklift license preferred but not mandatory
